Managing Editor ：Responsible for coordinating（协调）and managing daily production of the newspaper. Must have previous newspaper experience.
News Editor ：Duties include managing the newsroom staff and supervising news-gathering activities. Previous experience required.
Forum（论坛）Editor：Responsible for the content of the Forum pages, managing letters to the editor, and coordinating freelance writers（自由撰稿人）. Previous experience required.
Staff Writers：Duties include writing for News, Forum, and Sports.
