湖南城市学院专升本考试大纲2023年

<p>　　2023年湖南城市学院<a style="color: #0000ff;" href="https://www.eepw.com/app/258.html" target="_blank">专升本</a>普通计划考生需参加文化考试。采用笔试方式，考试科目包括公共课、专业基础课、专业课等三科，每科分值均为100分，理论课考试时间为120分钟，《设计基础》《设计》均为180分钟，《园林快题设计》《建筑快题设计》均为240分钟。考试大纲如下文所示。<img style="display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;" src="https://img2.meite.com/questions/202303/30642528d213858.png" />　<span style="color: #ff0000;">　<strong>湖南城市学院专升本考试大纲</strong></span><br /><span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>　　《财务管理》</strong></span><br />　　一、考试目的<br />　　本考试要求考生具备识记、领会、简单应用和综合运用能力。<br />　　1.识记：能知道有关概念、名词、知识的意思并能够正确认识和表达。<br />　　2.领会：在识记的基础上，能全面把握基本概念、基本原则、基本原理、基本制度；能掌握有关概念、有关制度的联系和区别；能识别基本概念、原理、制度的特征。<br />　　3.简单应用：在领会的基础上，能用所学的知识点作出财务管理的相关决策。<br />　　4.综合运用：能综合运用所学财务管理的知识，具备从事经济管理工作所必备的财务管理业务知识和工作能力。<br />　　二、考试方法和考试时间<br />　　1.考试方法：闭卷，笔试，可携带具备函数计算功能的计算器<br />　　2.记分方式：百分制，满分为100分<br />　　3.考试时间：120分钟<br />　　4.命题的指导思想和原则<br />　　命题的总的指导思想是：全面考查学生对本课程的基本概念、基本原理和主要知识点学习、理解和掌握的情况。命题的原则是：题目数量多、份量适中，范围广；单选、多选、判断题等客观题占55%，计算分析题、综合题等主观题占45%。<br />　　三、考试内容、要求<br />　　第一章 财务管理总论<br />　　考试内容：<br />　　财务管理的概念及研究内容，财务管理目标的各种观点、各种目标的优缺点分析及应用，以及影响企业财务管理活动的环境因素。<br />　　考核要求：<br />　　1.识记：财务管理的概念及研究内容、财务管理目标的各种观点。<br />　　2.了解：影响企业财务管理活动的环境因素。<br />　　3.简单应用：财务管理各种目标的优缺点分析及应用。<br />　　第二章 货币时间价值<br />　　考试内容：<br />　　现值与终值的概念与计算、年金的含义及种类、普通年金终值和现值的计算、预付年金终值与现值的计算、延期年金终值与现值的计算、永续年金终值与现值的计算、风险的分类、风险衡量、单项资产风险报酬的计算、证券投资组合报酬与风险的衡量。<br />　　考核要求：<br />　　1.识记：现值、终值、年金（普通年金、预付年金、递延年金和永续年金）、风险的含义。<br />　　2.了解：资产组合风险的衡量方法。<br />　　3.简单应用：现值、终值、年金（普通年金、预付年金、递延年金和永续年金）、单项资产风险的计算。<br />　　第三章 长期筹资方式<br />　　考试内容：<br />　　长期筹资的动机、原则、渠道和类型；普通股的分类与普通股筹资的优缺点；长期借款的种类、银行借款的信用条件、长期借款筹资的优缺点；债券的种类与债券筹资的优缺点；租赁的种类、融资租赁租金的测算方法、融资租赁筹资优缺点；掌握可转换债券的特性、转换期限、转换价格和转换比率、可转换债券筹资的优缺点；认股权证的含义、特点和作用。<br />　　考核要求：<br />　　1.识记：普通股筹资、长期借款筹资、债券筹资、融资租赁筹资、可转换债券筹资的优缺点。<br />　　2.了解：认股权证的含义、特点和作用。<br />　　3.简单应用：融资租赁租金的测算方法。<br />　　第四章 投资决策<br />　　考试内容：<br />　　现金流量的预测原则和方法、净现值、现值指数、内部收益率、投资回收期法和平均会计收益率法等项目评价指标的计算和评价标准、独立项目、互斥项目投资决策的分析过程和分析方法。<br />　<span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>　......篇幅有限，以下考试大纲资料领取</strong></span><span style="color: #0000ff;"><strong><span style="color: #ff0000;"><strong>，</strong>请下载<a style="color: #0000ff;" href="https://www.wet35.com/app/247.html">统招专升本考试聚题库APP</a>，联系客服领取即可。<img style="display: block;
